• Please ensure you order the correct quantity required, as colour variations can occur between print batches.

• We recommend ordering an extra roll to allow for pattern matching and future repairs.

• Colours may vary slightly from what is displayed on screens due to monitor settings and printing processes.

• Samples are provided to help customers accurately view colours, textures and scale before purchasing full rolls.

• It is strongly recommended that customers purchase a sample before placing a full wallpaper order if unsure.

• Sample sizes are 60cm x 60cm and printed to scale.

• It is the customer’s responsibility to measure walls correctly before ordering.

• Wallpaper should be inspected before installation. Once installed, the product is deemed accepted and claims cannot be made for installation costs or visible defects.

• Professional installation is recommended for the best results.

• Wallpaper must be installed on clean, smooth and properly prepared walls.

• We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation, wall conditions, moisture, or improper surface preparation.

• Slight pattern and texture variations are part of the design process and add to the unique character of the wallpaper.

• Custom printed wallpaper is made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
