What is your lead time?
The lead time is 3-4 working days. For all personalised cushions the lead time is 7-10 working days

What shipping methods are available?
- Courier to your door for a fee of R60.00.

What if my order is urgent?
If you need your order urgently please contact us directly on lauren@phlostudio.co.za and we can arrange an overnight delivery for you.

What is your return policy?
If you are unhappy with your purchase in any way please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will refund you. This excludes the delivery costs and the product needs to be returned in it's original condition.

How does one go about ordering Personalized Cushions?
Click Personalised on the Toolbar. Select the cushion of choice. At the check out click ‘add note’ and then please indicate the name or wording you would like to appear on your cushion. If you have any queries please email lauren@phlostudio.co.za. Please note the lead time for all Personalised Cushions is 7-10working days.
